About Nuit

Time, redefined.

A small atelier in Geneva making very few watches, very carefully.

Watchmaker assembling a minimalist Swiss movement by hand

Our philosophy

We design by removing.

Every Nuit begins as a crowded sketch. Then the work starts: a numeral leaves, a line thins, a case sheds a millimetre. What remains is only what earns its place on the wrist.

Minimalism, for us, is not an aesthetic. It is a discipline of precision — a refusal to decorate what should simply function beautifully, quietly, for decades.

We release no seasonal collections. A Nuit bought in 1994 is serviced, understood and still current today. Timeless elegance is a promise about the future, not a style.

Craftsmanship & materials

Three pillars, no compromise.

316L Stainless Steel

Surgical-grade, cold-forged and hand-brushed in a single direction. Corrosion resistant, hypoallergenic, honest.

Sapphire Crystal

Double-domed, anti-reflective on both faces. Scratch-hardened to 9 Mohs so the dial stays as clear as the day it left Geneva.

Swiss Movement

Automatic caliber regulated in five positions over fourteen days, with a 38-hour reserve and hand-finished bridges.

A watch should be forgotten on the wrist and remembered for a lifetime.
